3 times pop-eye smoothies

Venus & Serena Williams, Nate Diaz, Tia Blanco, Patrik Baboumian, David Haye, Kedrik Farris, Abel Trujillo, Heather Mills, Scott Jurek, David Carter..pretty sure they are all familiar with green smoothies. For even more vitamines and proteins.. Add plant based protein powder or chia-, line-, hennep seeds. Perfect after a intense work out. And add oats when you’re prepping a smoothie early in the day, to make the full feeling last all morning.


Coco – loco – tropical smoothie

Ingredients:
⁃ 1 banana IMG_0145
⁃ 3 rings pineapple
⁃ 240 ml (1 cup) coconut milk (full fat canned or coconut-rice drink)
⁃ 2 loose handfuls spinach

Serves: 1-2 persons
Extra needed: blender

Directions:
Mix the banana, pineapple and coconut milk together in a high speed blender.
Add the spinach and mix again.
If to thick add water.


Peachy – spinach smoothie

Ingredients:
⁃ 1 banana
⁃ 2 peaches (de-pitted)
⁃ 240 ml (1 cup) orange juice
⁃ 1/2 cup almond milk
⁃ 2 loose handfuls spinach

Serves: 1-2 persons
Extra needed: blender

Directions:
Mix the banana, peaches, orange juice and almond milk together.
Add the spinach and mix again.
If to thick add water.


Cherry berrie almond fairy smoothie

Ingredients:
1/4 cup raw almonds, soaked in water overnight (6-12 hours) IMG_0104
1 cup frozen cherries
1 banana
3/4 cup orange juice
2 loose handfuls spinach

Serves: 1-2 persons
Extra needed: blender

Directions:
Drain the almond. Blend the almonds in a high speed blender.
Add the frozen berries, banana and orange juice, blend again.
Add the spinach, blend and if to thick add water.
