Chia Pudding

A quick breakfast, prepped in the evening, it’s easy. Start your day well, thanks to the chia seeds filled with omega 3, calcium, phosphorus and fibers. Enjoy your energiser!

Ingredients:
⁃ 8 heaped tbsps chia seeds
⁃ 50 g (1/2 cup) blueberries
⁃ 480 ml (2 cups) almond milk// or rice/coconut/oat
⁃ 4 tbsp maple syrup (add more if you prefer sweeter)
⁃ pinch of cinnamon

Serves: 2 persons
Extra needed: blender, bowl and glass

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients except the chia seeds in a high speed blender until smooth. Pour in a glass or bowl and add the chia seeds. Stir and store in the fridge overnight.
Serve with whatever topping you prefer.
