Chia Pudding

A quick breakfast, prepped in the evening, it’s easy. Start your day well, thanks to the chia seeds filled with omega 3, calcium, phosphorus and fibers. Enjoy your energiser! 

⁃ 6 tbsp chia seeds
⁃ 2 bananas
⁃ 250 ml (1 cup + 2 tsp) almond milk// or rice/coconut/oat
⁃ 1 tbsp maple syrup (add more if you prefer sweeter)
⁃ 2 tbsp raw cacao (optional)

Serves: 1 person
Extra needed: blender, bowl and glass

Mix all the ingredients except the chia seeds in a high speed blender until smooth. Pour in a glass or bowl and add the chia seeds. Stir and store in the fridge overnight.
Serve with whatever topping you prefer.
