Crispy roasted chickpeas

And again, more protein! Yes, so many fruits, veggies, beans and nuts are full of protein ๐Ÿ’ช! And these crispy chickpeas are as good as sound. Enjoy your healthy snack :).

โƒ 1 can chickpeas (400 g – 2 cups)
โƒ 2 tbsp olive oil
โƒ 1 tsp paprika powder
โƒ 1 tsp ground cumin powder
โƒ 1 tsp garlic powder
โƒ 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
โƒ pinch of salt and pepper

Extra needed: oven, bowl

Pre heat the oven at 210โ„ƒ/410โ„‰.
Rinse the chickpeas thoroughly and dry with a clean tea-towel.
Mix the chickpeas with the herbs.
Spread the chickpeas over a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place into the oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until browned and crunchy.
Note: Watch carefully, especially the last few minutes to avoid burning.
