⁃ 1 can chickpeas (400 g – 2 cups)
⁃ 2 tbsp olive oil
⁃ 1 tsp paprika powder
⁃ 1 tsp ground cumin powder
⁃ 1 tsp garlic powder
⁃ 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
⁃ pinch of salt and pepper
Extra needed: oven, bowl
Preheat the oven at 210℃/410℉.
Rinse the chickpeas thoroughly and dry with a clean tea-towel.
Mix the chickpeas with the herbs.
Spread the chickpeas over a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place into the oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until browned and crunchy.
Note: Watch carefully, especially the last few minutes to avoid burning.
