You can buy more and more meat substitutes at your local supermarket every day. Times are changing people 🏳️. Including fishless fish burgers. And ofcourse they taste the best with a good fish sauce on the side. Fishless of course. Or make fish’n’chips and pour this mixture on top of your salty snack. It’s easy to make, add some fresh dille on top and no one will know the difference. Let’s eat 🍴.
– 2 large jalapeños, seeded and minced
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 5 cm (2 inch) fresh ginger, peeled and minced
– 1 cup egg free mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup water
– 1 small white onion, minced
– 1 tbsp lime juice
– pinch of salt
extra needed: cutting board, measuring cups&spoons
serves: multiple portions
Whisk and mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add more spices, salt or pepper if desired.
Store in a airtight container in the fridge, up to 2-3 days.
