Grilled banana

Warm banana like this, it’s deliciousness 😋😋. Make your own nut mixture, grill for a few seconds in the leftover maple syrup-cinnamon sticky mixture after grilling the bananas. I prefer mine combined with coconut yogurt, dates and apricots. Deliciousness in a bowl 😋.

Ingredients:
– 2 bananas
– 200 g yogurt (soy, coconut, almond, flax)
– 4 tbsps crushed nuts (almond, hazel, walnuts, pistachio)
– 2 tbsps maple syrup
– 2 tbsps dried fruit (raisins/cranberries/inca berries/dates/apricots)
– 1 tsp dairy free butter
– cinnamon
– pinch of ginger

extra needed: grill/baking pan, scale, measuring spoons, knife, cutting board
serves: 2 portions

Instructions:
Preheat a grill pan over medium/high heat.
Peel the 2 bananas and cut into halves.
Heat 1 teaspoon of dairy free butter in the grill pan and reduce heat to medium-low.
Add bananas and sprinkle with maple syrup, cinnamon and ginger.
Bake for about 1 minute, flip over and sprinkle the other side with syrup, cinnamon and ginger.
Fill up a bowl with your favourite yogurt and add the bananas.
Turn off the heat and add the nut mixture. Mix for a few seconds in the left-over maple syrup and add to the yogurt.
Add dried fruits of choice and serve while warm. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon if desired.
