Açai bowls are great and filled with lots of antioxidants & vitamins. But it takes some time to prep. A açai smoothie is the perfect solution for that problem. You can add extra fruits (mango, pineapple, blueberries, dragon fruit) or nuts/seeds if you want. Add coconut milk instead of coconut water if you want your smoothie to become a little bit sweeter.
– 300 ml coconut water
– 1 frozen banana
– 50 g frozen forrest fruit
– 1/2 avocado
– 1 bag acai puree / 2 tbsp acai powder
– 1 tbsp flaxseed
– 1 tbsp hemp seed
extra needed: measuring cup and spoons, high speed blender, knife, cuttingboard\
serves: 1 person
Mix the banana together with the forest fruit and coconut water in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Add the avocado, acai, flaxseed, hemp seed and blend again. If to thick add more water. Pour in a large glass and drink immediately.
