Pumped up protein smoothie

I just started my second week of training six times a week 💪🌱. And after an intense 90 minute boxing training, swimming 1500 meters, running a 5k, 90 minutes of Krav Maga or an intense training at the gym every friday night, I love to chill out and have a badass pumped up protein smoothie. Below you can find my favourite, always.

Ingredients:
– 2 bananas
– 1 hand spinach leaves (optional)
– 250 ml (alpro) coconut milk
– 250 ml filtered water
– 1 scoop protein powder (love for orange fit)
– 1 tbsp peanut butter
– 1 tbsp cinnamon
– 1 tbsp cocoa
– 1 tbsp flaxseed
– 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
– 1 tsp vanilla powder

extra needed: blender or foodprocessor
serves: 1 person

Directions:
Mix the coconut milk and water with the protein powder in a blender or foodprocessor.
Add the 2 bananas & spinach leaves and mix again.
Add all the other ingredients and mix one last time until you have a thick and smooth smoothie.
Pour in a glass or cup and relax and recover from your intense work out 🏆.
