YOU KNOW THOSE MOMENTS WHEN YOU HEAR A GOOD SONG, WITH AN EVEN BETTER LYRICS. BRINGING BACK MEMORIES, OR BEING AS APPLICABLE TO THE SITUATION YOU JUST GOT OUT FROM? YOU’RE PRETENDING THAT YOU ARE THE MAIN CHARACTER IN THAT VIDEO CLIP, BECAUSE YOU FEEL EVERY WORD OF IT. AS IF THEY WROTE THAT SONG ABOUT YOU, AS IF THEY WERE THERE WHEN EVERYTHING HAPPENED…
Yeah, talented people whom can play with words like that whether it is in lyrics or book form, it intrigues me tremendously. Because words cause everything that happens in life. Weird sentence right? But think about it. Words can make or break a situation. Heck, words can make or break a person. It’s so easy to put a few words in front of another, yet it can be so difficult to find the right words in tough circumstances.
But it is with that pure love for writing, that I’ve decided to pick up the pen once again. To write out of passion, out of need. Before my mind runs out of ink and the ideas to scribble down disappear. Combining this with my curiosity for the human mind, I also decided to help others find their voice. Because rhyming is great and a good flow is priceless. But if the vibe ain’t right, you won’t feel the words and your story will stay unheard-echoing in silence. Storytelling is key for every individual, for every company that wants to represent the best version of themselves. It’s with my cut the crap and stay true to yourself no-nonse approach that I’ve been able to help individuals find their voice and understand their background, their base. Use the words around those experiences to create a story, their story. And that story has been there all along, it just needed to connect. That is what I can do. I’ll combine the words and let them dance around the matter in between the lines on paper, until it becomes some something greater, giving it a special effect. I’ll connect the dots, you hand me the subject.
My love for writing is endless. It’s been like that since the age of four and it probably will stay that way until eternity. And I also have my off days, lacking motivation. But I’ve learned that in those moments, discipline kicks in, it keeps you going. Life teaches you plenty of lessons. But above all it teaches you how to build character, reminding yourself of who you are and what you stand for. And to keep going, to find your voice, your passion? That can only be done with a little dreaming, a lot of hard work and a pinch of luck. Oh, and the dareness to say “f*ck this shit, I’m doing it” every once in a while 🙂.
We all got our own unique story, don’t you agree. Isn’t it time you start sharing?
